At Headboards World, we want you to love your bedroom upgrade. If your new headboard isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the headboard back into its original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Schedule a Collection

  Once your return is authorized, we will help you arrange a specialized furniture courier to collect the item from your doorstep at a convenient time.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
